Sip & Sit With It is not your average pajama party. This is a grown-woman space for reflection, real talk, and radical accountability, led by Kiandria Demone, a Black activist, entrepreneur, and no-nonsense truth-teller.

Put on your coziest pajamas, pour a drink, and come ready to sit with some uncomfortable truths. This virtual event is designed for white and non-Black women who are ready to listen, learn, and unlearn harmful patterns. There’s no performative allyship here…just a space to ask real questions, do the work, and hear directly from a Black woman who has been on the front lines of activism and cultural accountability.

Expect candor. Expect discomfort. Expect growth. Because learning to show up better starts with sitting with it.
